PILATES

People practice Pilates for general fitness, for muscle conditioning and sometimes for treatment of lower back pain as well. Well, we are not very sure about its medical benefits but it sure gives you great body and that’s a fact. Pilates are designed to give a flexible body with stamina and endurance; it’s great for your posture as well. A number of versions of Pilates are taught today and the majority are based on up to nine principles which are adaptations of the original six principles; concentration, control, center, flow, precision, and breathing.
